Delivery

Up to a value of 80 CHF - €80 we charge 8.50 CHF for deliveries in Switzerland and €13 for European countries

Deliveries for Switzerland are dispatched from the Swiss warehouse. All delivery for Europe is dispatched from the French warehouse.

Ordered by 5 p.m. today, delivered tomorrow

The following applies to all products in stock in our own central warehouse: All orders received on Monday by 5 p.m. and on Tuesday up to and including Friday by 5 p.m. are dispatched on the same day and usually (~95%) arrive on the morning of the next working day at the delivery address (incl. Saturday, upon activation). The availability of each product can be seen in real time.

 

Free Saturday Delivery

All orders placed by Friday 5 p.m. will be delivered on Saturday. The prerequisite for delivery on Saturday is that the desired products are in stock in our logistics center. The availability of each product can be seen in real time. Saturday delivery is stored as a standard delivery option for every private customer account. For business customers, the delivery option is inactive by default. Both in the customer account and when checking out each individual order, there is also the option of activating or deactivating the free Saturday delivery. General cargo deliveries (larger than parcel post) are excluded from this delivery option.

 

Pallets and general cargo over 30 kg

Particularly heavy items are delivered on pallets by the shipping company. The delivery company agrees in advance by telephone an appointment for the delivery. If you cannot be reached by phone, you will be asked to contact us by email. In the case of destinations that are not directly accessible, our transport company delivers the pallets to the next possible location (e.g. mountain railway valley station). A partner company commissioned by the transport company will then take over the delivery.
Please note that Swiss Post only delivers to the curb. Additional services such as floor deliveries are subject to a charge (see below). Exceptions are noted directly with the product.

 

Delivery to the place of use

Free delivery is usually curbside. For a fee of CHF 59.00, pallets or general cargo over 30 kg can be delivered to the place of use*. In this case, the shipping company brings the product to the desired location - for example in the living room or in the basement. This service only includes delivery to the point of use. Assembly or return of old products or packaging materials are not included.
For the products in question, the service can be selected in the payment process.
The appointment is made directly through the shipping company.

* This option is only available for products that we ship from our own warehouse. Unfortunately, products delivered directly by the supplier are excluded.

 

Additional services installation/assembly

Do you need help installing your new refrigerator, mounting your television on the wall or preparing skis and would you like to have your old device disposed of right away? With our service partner network, we can offer various services throughout Switzerland. The additional services are offered by various service partners. The costs depend on both the type of service and the selected service partner. You can see whether a product can be purchased with partner services on the product detail page in the online shop. If available, the additional services are displayed under "Partner Services". They can then be added to the payment process.

 

Deposit of parcels in front of the front door

If you are absent, the post office may deposit the package in front of your door. If you do not want it deposited, you can contact Swiss Post in advance by telephone or email (Tel. 0848 888 888, email kundendienst@swisspost.ch). The corresponding changes are then stored in the Swiss Post system.
